These general terms of use apply to the use of the MMIG46 e.V. website, including publicly accessible information pages, the contact area, the member area, the forum and information on travels, fly-ins, events and association activities.

Different or supplementary terms may be communicated separately for individual events, travels, memberships or other offers.

2. Purpose of the website

The website provides information about MMIG46 e.V., its activities, events, travels, technical topics relating to the PA-46 and communication between members and interested parties.

The content provided is for general information only. It does not replace independent flight preparation, technical inspection, maintenance documents, manufacturer information or aviation legal advice.

3. Membership and association matters

Membership in the association is primarily governed by the articles of association, any fee regulations and the resolutions of the competent association bodies.

A membership application submitted via the website does not yet establish membership. Admission is decided by the association in accordance with the applicable internal association rules.

Participation in aviation activities is at the participant’s own responsibility. Pilots in command, holders and owners remain responsible for flight preparation, airworthiness, weather assessment, operating limits, documentation, insurance, licences, ratings and compliance with aviation regulations.

The association endeavours to provide the website in an up-to-date and reliable manner. However, permanent availability, freedom from errors or completeness of the content is not guaranteed.

The association may change, expand, restrict or discontinue content, functions or access at any time where this is necessary for technical, organisational or legal reasons.
