by popular demand, this year’s meeting will be the
Fly-In Tuskany
30th of June till 3rd of July 2011
Our destination airport is Siena.
We will be staying in the Hotel Relais Borgo San Felice,
a top-class hotel which is part of the Relais & Chateaux Association.
Our hotel is only about 15 km from Siena and is one of the most
beautiful hotels in the Country-Style with just 43 rooms and suites
in parts of the 19th Century buildings around the Piazza and parts
of the antique quarters of the original medieval village.
The surrounding scenery is incomparably beautiful.
The Tuscan-styled estate is situated in the middle of the
Chianti Classico region.
Around the hotel various activities are provided as a service
to the cosmopolitan clientele:
The Vinotheque, the Herb Garden, the sale of products grown
on the estate, the Wellness Centre, the Wine Cellars, the Swimming Pool,
Conference Facilities, Tennis Courts, Boccia area, the local
Historical Museum at San Felice.
We will visit Siena, a World Heritage Site, one of the best
preserved medieval town centres of Europe.
Saturday, 2nd of June 2011 in the evening, there will be the legendary Palio (horserace) in the center of Siena, Piazza del Campo.

Our excursion into the Crete senese will take us along the old Frank road past Buonconvento, where Emperor Heinrich VII died of Malaria, 650 m up to Montalcino, home of the incomparable Brunello.
The journey continues to Pienza, beautifully situated on a hill.
We will have our Gala Dinner in the Restaurant Poggio Rosso
at the Hotel Relais Borgo San Felice.

The cost for members is only € 845,--/ Pers. for members and partners
€ 250,--/ Pers. additional for single room
€ 380,--/ Pers. additional for suite
The cost for non-members € 1.155,--/ Pers.
This charge covers the cost of everything listed in the program.
You will appreciate that the lower charge can only be offered to members and their partners.
The hotel rooms will be allocated on a strictly first-come, first-served basis. In other words, the first to register will get the best rooms.
