Dear Members and Friends,
This year’s Fly-In will find us in Eskilstuna, charmingly located between water and woods some 40 NM west of Stockholm on Lake Mälar.
On Friday, 24th June we will be celebrating Midsummer Night, one of Sweden’s biggest festivals.
On our excursion to Stockholm we will be visiting the picturesque town of Mariefred and Castle Gripsholm on the way.
The ultimate destination is however the world famous and only surviving ship of the 17th Century, the Wasa, which we will see in Stockholm. It is a unique historical treasure and one of the most significant historical attractions in the world.
Please make a note of the dates 6/23 - 6/26/2005! Further information will follow!
