15.00 – 18.30	Arrive Airport Siena Welcome Snacks and drinks Shuttle service to the Hotel Relais Borgo San Felice
20.00	Welcome Cocktail at the Piazza Borgo
followed by	Dinner in the Hotel

Saturday, 26th June 2004
	Breakfast buffet
10.00	Leave by bus from the Hotel We will drive south of Siena to be charming village of Pienza, where there will be a light lunch in a typical Tuscan restaurant. After lunch, drive to Montalcino (guided tour)
17.00	Arrive at the Hotel Relais Borgo San Felice To choose from: Relax, use of hotel facilities or visit to the hotel’s own wine cellars with wine tasting in the “Pugnitello”
20.00	Aperitif on the terrace of the restaurant
followed by	Gala Dinner in the Restaurant Poggio Rosso Dress: smart casual

Sunday, 22th June 2004
	Breakfast buffet
10.00	Leave by bus from the Hotel to Siena Guided “Walking-Tour” in the town with a visit to the Piazza del Campo. The Town Hall is well worth seeing, etc. Snack lunch
14.30	14.30 Depart to Airport, arrive ca. 15.00
ab 15.00	Farewell to the participants
